Jeeto Ya Jhelo (JYJ) - Season 15

Tournament Closed on Sunday, 10 August 2025 23:59:59 IST

  • Teams : Custom Teams
Format: 100 Ball (The Hundred) Default Settings
    Rounds: ONE
    Difficulty: Hard (Veteran)
    Controls: Classic

How to calculate number of overs:

In your overs and opponent overs

you need to divide the number of balls played by 5 to get the over. Only divide to the nearest 5, like 10 ball, 15 ball, 20 ball because if you divide by something like 16, 17, 18 etc. it will give incorrect nrr calculation

Example 1 - if you chased a score or were all out in 80 balls the the total overs player would be 80/5 = 16 because it’s a 5 ball over

so just like in a normal 6 ball over where 1.6 becomes 2 overs in here 1.5 would become 2 overs

    Example 2 -

if you wanted to calculate the number of overs if it was 92 balls then you do 90/5 = 18 overs and then add the extra 2 balls on top which would make it 18.2

similarly if you want to calculate overs of 74 balls then you would do 75/5 = 15 overs then minus one ball which would make it 14.4 overs. So remember always round it to nearest 5 when dividing the total number of balls played by 5 and then add or subtract to extra deliveries.

    Tournament Info:

This tournament is like a pre world cup qualifier. The purpose of this tournament is to play and compete for your favourite international team for minimum of 3 tournaments (including world cup). International Teams will be chosen in rank order at the end of this tournament from Rank 1 to last. The more you play the higher your rank will be. All 12 ICC International Teams CANNOT BE REPEATED in your selection AT THE END OF JYJ when you pick according to your ranking.

Those who don’t participate will be given team by wheel spin in next international tournament and won’t get a choice. If you want a choice in rank order than you will need to participate in this tournament. Furthermore, non JYJ participants will not be able to get West Indies, Australia, New Zealand, England, India, Pakistan or South Africa in the random allocation process.

    The 12 ICC Teams That Players Will Choose From In The World Cup Which Starts After This Tournament Are;

    Team/Player Rating

    1. No rules for this, maximum rating/perks allowed.
    2. One Custom Player Allowed. Height 160cm to 190cm only.
    3. Any editing of real players original height or the player's original skill attributes is strictly not allowed. For example, you cannot change a right handed batsman to a left hander, change an all-rounder to a top order or make your 5ft player 6ft. Unconventional bowling action is only allowed by original players e.g. bumrah, malinga etc. and cannot be assigned to other real players. It can be assigned to your custom player
    4. Real players bowling action needs to be as close to it is in real life. You can't have more than 1 pacer in lineup with unconventional action.
    5. If you don't have a medium bowler then you can change an extra fast medium to a medium subject to admin approval.
    6. Fast cannot be changed to medium, and medium cannot be changed to fast.
    7. Players need to post a pic of their 12-15 man squad members in order to get approved by an admin before starting first game. Squad needs to be mixed international players. Max 4 from same country.

    Glitch Rules

Since this is the fair play group - The following glitches can be reversed/overturned: -

    1. Full/Semi invisible deliveries if a shot was not attempted. Batsman must leave ball (don't play leave shot just remain still). If shot is played, then wicket will be counted.
    2. Batsman on strikers or non-strikers end run out as a result of fielder/bowler throwing the ball to either end when the batsman is dancing in and out of the crease.
    3. Clearly hits bat but given Ibw even on decision review
    4. Stumping can be reversed by batting side if their back foot is on/behind the crease and the batsman is dancing in and out of the crease.
    5. Stumpings by Fast or Fast-Medium are not allowed (ONLY allowed if batsman played advanced shot). Batsman can disconnect game to reverse wicket if this happens. All other stumping's accepted by Spin or Medium bowlers e.g. gets dragged out while playing shot, advancing down the wicket or standing outside the crease.
    6. All other run out glitches as a result of game lag are accepted. Umpire decision final on all other dismissals. We encourage you to respect opponent and communicate with each other so that you have the best match possible. For example, if you thought you were not out and you dc but then it was confirmed that you are out, you have to leave the stumps clear for the bowler to claim the wicket the next ball (only one chance, if missed then that's it). If wicket is missed then batsman should try to run himself out of stand outside crease for stumping chance. If still missed then chance missed
    7. If umpire is in middle of reviewing a lbw given out and game disconnects due to blue screen then batsman are not required to give wicket, as lbw decision can go either way however if the same happens when an edge is being reviewed then it will count and batsman must give wicket.
    8. Player must give proof of blue screen via screenshot if opponent requests. Otherwise decision may not go in your favour
    9. If disconnected and you think it was caught, then wicket must only be given by batsman if there was a wicket celebration before dc or umpire gave out.

    Batting Rules

    1. Strictly no shuffling past the off stump meaning more than two stumps must not be visible behind the batsman.
    2. Shuffling to leg side during run up is acceptable but no standing extreme leg side and batting.
    3. Batsman can only stand one step outside the crease. The furthest they can stand out is having your back foot just slightly past the crease line.
    4. Max one unorthodox and advanced shot per over.
    5. If more than 5 fielders are either side then shuffling is allowed
    6. R1 + L2 lofted chip shot completely banned. Grounded R1 shot allowed
    7. Unlimited Defence/Leave allowed per over but only max 1 defence and run allowed per over.

    Bowling Rules

    1. Minimum & Maximum 20
      balls with fast bowler
    2. Minimum 20 balls with fast medium bowler
    3. Minimum 20 balls with medium bowler
    4. Minimum 20 balls with spinner
    5. Max 1 red  for every 5 ball over from pace bowlers
    6. Pure Batsman & Keepers cannot bowl
    7. Colour change of deliveries strictly not allowed. For example if you choose circle (red), after you start run up or before releasing ball you cannot change that to x, square or triangle (green, blue or yellow)

    Fielding Rules

    1. Leg slip,  Short Mid On and Off, positions are banned.
    2. Any field allowed either but more than 5 fielders are placed  on either side then batsman movement rule will be lifted. So if bowler wants batsman not to shuffle past off stump then he must have max 5 fielders either side.
    3. Close fielders are allowed (fielders standing inside the Inner Circle) but not allowed to be called UP (bought forward)
    4. You can move Wicket Keepers, Slips and Fielders standing on the Inner Circle Line up or back as per your choice

    RULE BREAK PENALTY

If any rule is broken by YOU during a match intentionally or unintentionally, no matter how major or minor the breach is; your opponent may be awarded a WIN. Last call will be of Admins on this issue. No further discussion once decision is made. RULES ARE MADE TO BE READ AND FOLLOWED and to ensure Fair Play to all. The allowances increase and decrease respectively according to the length of the format i.e. in T10 the allowances would half the current as T10 is half of T20.

    Group Talk

Friendly banter is welcome - no personal abuse. If there are any issues during a game we expect you to resolve the issue as adults. If you are unsure of any rules do let the admins know. There is no rule but is strongly encouraged we all play fair and avoid negative gameplay (bowling negative very wide lines). A couple in an over is fine but not throughout the entire innings. Overall - we hope you enjoy this group and the upcoming leagues. PLAY HARD BUT PLAY FAIR!
