Team/Player Rating
- No rules for this, maximum rating/perks allowed.
- One Custom Player Allowed. Height 160cm to 190cm only.
- Any editing of real players original height or the player's original skill attributes is strictly not allowed. For example, you cannot change a right handed batsman to a left hander, change an all-rounder to a top order or make your 5ft player 6ft. Unconventional bowling action is only allowed by original players e.g. bumrah, malinga etc. and cannot be assigned to other real players. However It can be assigned to your custom player. No restrictions on spinner actions.
- Reminder Update: Pace bowlers bowling action must be close to their real and cannot be changed from original, including bumrah and malinga action. If a real/custom player has Bumrah/Malinga action only then it is allowed unless it is a custom player. A custom player cannot be fast with Bumrah/Malinga action due to glitch/bug… only if a real players action is Malinga/Bumrah and they are fast in real life they can be fast. Otherwise only fast medium or medium if custom player.
- If you don't have a medium bowler then you can change an extra fast medium to a medium subject to admin approval.
- Fast cannot be changed to medium, and medium cannot be changed to fast.
- No retired or club players allowed.
Glitch Rules
Since this is the fair play group - The following glitches can be reversed/overturned: -
- Full/Semi invisible deliveries if a shot was not attempted. Batsman must leave ball (don't play leave shot just remain still). If shot is played, then wicket will be counted.
- Batsman on strikers or non-strikers end run out as a result of fielder/bowler throwing the ball to either end when the batsman is dancing in and out of the crease.
- Clearly hits bat but given Ibw even on decision review
- Stumping can be reversed by batting side if their back foot is on/behind the crease and the batsman is dancing in and out of the crease.
- Stumpings by Fast or Fast-Medium are not allowed (ONLY allowed if batsman played advanced shot). Batsman can disconnect game to reverse wicket if this happens. All other stumping's accepted by Spin or Medium bowlers e.g. gets dragged out while playing shot, advancing down the wicket or standing outside the crease.
- All other run out glitches as a result of game lag are accepted. Umpire decision final on all other dismissals. We encourage you to respect opponent and communicate with each other so that you have the best match possible. For example, if you thought you were not out and you dc but then it was confirmed that you are out, you have to leave the stumps clear for the bowler to claim the wicket the next ball (only one chance, if missed then that's it). If wicket is missed then batsman should try to run himself out of stand outside crease for stumping chance. If still missed then chance missed
- If umpire is in middle of reviewing a lbw given out and game disconnects due to blue screen then batsman are not required to give wicket, as lbw decision can go either way however if the same happens when an edge is being reviewed then it will count and batsman must give wicket.
- Player must give proof of blue screen via screenshot if opponent requests. Otherwise decision may not go in your favour
- If disconnected and you think it was caught, then wicket must only be given by batsman if there was a wicket celebration before dc or umpire gave out.
Batting Rules
- Strictly no shuffling past the off stump meaning more than two stumps must not be visible behind the batsman.
- Shuffling to leg side during run up is acceptable but no standing extreme leg side and batting.
- Batsman can only stand one step outside the crease. The furthest they can stand out is having your back foot on the crease line.
- Max one unorthodox, advanced and defend shot per over. No restrictions on leave. If you are not ready, or ball is invisible you should not press any button, if batsman is seen moving and results in wicket, it is counted regardless.

RULE BREAK PENALTY
If any rule is broken by YOU during a match intentionally or unintentionally, no matter how major or minor the breach is; your opponent may be awarded a WIN. Last call will be of Admins on this issue. No further discussion once decision is made. RULES ARE MADE TO BE READ AND FOLLOWED and to ensure Fair Play to all. The allowances increase and decrease respectively according to the length of the format i.e. in T10 the allowances would half the current as T10 is half of T20.
Group Talk
Friendly banter is welcome - no personal abuse. If there are any issues during a game we expect you to resolve the issue as adults. If you are unsure of any rules do let the admins know. There is no rule but is strongly encouraged we all play fair and avoid negative gameplay (bowling negative very wide lines). A couple in an over is fine but not throughout the entire innings. Overall - we hope you enjoy this group and the upcoming leagues. PLAY HARD BUT PLAY FAIR!
